ACTI’s inaugural Cross-Cultural Training program provides valuable insights into Japan’s beliefs, cultural nuances, and intercultural communication styles. This course equips participants with practical skills essential for effective ministry within Japan’s unique cultural context. Guided by experienced trainers, attendees will develop a comprehensive master plan to adapt cross-culturally and thrive in the field, incorporating strategies for spiritual well-being and self-care rhythms.
